Noorani Qoida is a book written by Sheikh Haqqani to educate beginners who want to learn the basics of Arabic letters and word formation. The book consists of 17 chapters and 34 pages.

Lessons Contained in Chapters of Noorani Qaida

In the first chapter, you will learn the 29 Arabic letters. You will also learn about the 7 letters that are pronounced with the full mouths and the four letters that are pronounced from the lips. All the Arabic letters are called Huruf.

In the second chapter, you will learn how to join letters and compound letters which are also known as Murakabat. When two or more words are joined together, they form a Murakab.

In chapter three, you will learn about the fourteen abbreviated words which are known as Muqatta’at.

In chapter four, you will learn about the movement of letters also known as Harkaat. The Harkaat are three which are Fatha, Kaasra, and Dummah.

In the fifth chapter, you will learn double Fatha, double Kasra, and double Dummah also known as Tanween.
